1.The minimum credit hours for graduation: 36 credits including one required credit and 29 elective credit hour 2.The interdisciplinary credits: six credits allowed 3.The required courses: shown 4.Native students with no previous legal background shall elect “Technology Law Program” at least 14 credits, including “Administrative Law,” “Civil Code,” “Criminal Code,” “Code of Civil Procedure,” and “Code of Criminal Procedure,” but foreign students have no such limits. To take “Technology Law Program” subjects that could refer to relevant law subjects listed in section 5 of “Regulations for Senior Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel in the category of Lawyer” is acceptable. 5.Each graduate student shall pass the minimum English proficiency requirement(s) for graduation, and shall all meet the criteria of the English proficiency tests set by the department (if any).
