Graduate students joining this course may find help on comprehension of the basis, rules or argumentation to the laws applied in trial practice. Together with timely supplementation of relevant foreign academic interpretations, adjudications and noted cases, students may improve their ability of contemplation and analysis on related and significant copyright cases home and abroad.
