Course Objective 利用基因工程，生物化學、微生物學之原理，培養變種之微生物（或改良過的微生物），動、植物細胞，以製造生物活性物質（如抗生素、疫體、酵素、毒素、激素、特殊結構之蛋白、脂肪、醣類、脂肪酸、氨基酸、生長因子、藥理活性成份、抗體等等）
