課程大綱 All students are required to attend two hours per week of Physical Education class. This requirement applies to Freshman and Sophomore students, classes are interest-oriented, thus giving students the opportunity to select specific activities they are interested in. Choices include Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Bowling, Archery, Golf, Tennis, Gymnastics, Slow pitch, Tai Chi Chuan, Ballroom Dancing, Physical Fitness and martial arts, to mention a few.

課程進度上課教室:多功能舞蹈教室(中正館地下室桌球教室內) 一、授課教師：張文馨；r72226@gmail.com 二、授課班級：肢體美學三、教學進度與主題：第一週教學規劃說明，含目標、內容、進度、應備知識基礎、評量方式。第二週 9/14站立穩定度第三週 9/21手部支撐穩定度第四週 9/28髖關節穩定度第五週 10/5髖關節啟動第六週 10/12肩關節穩定度第七週 10/19整合練習(站立、髖、脊椎) 第八週 10/26療癒瑜珈第九週 11/2腦瑜珈第十週 11/9站姿練習第十一週11/16坐姿練習第十二週 11/23跪姿練習第十三週 11/30平衡動作練習第十四週 12/7轉換與休息第十五週 12/14身心整合第十六週 12/21身心整合第十七週 12/28期末報告繳交、期末考試第十八週 1/1期末補考

評量方式與標準方式百分比說明出席50% 請假不可超過三次。遲到、服裝儀容不整，補交報告。(對自己的觀察、過程)。課堂紀錄30% 期末報告20% 上課注意事項 1. 上課時，請穿著適合身體活動的服裝及運動鞋(嚴禁牛仔褲、裙子、拖鞋與高跟鞋)。 2. 當日有任何身體不適或健康疾病的問題，請務必告知教師，以便其他課程安排。 3. 為了身體健康著想，盡量用完餐再來上課，並自備開水。 4. 準時上下課，記得攜帶水及「毛巾」可視個人需要攜帶衣服替換。 5. 請盡量不要攜帶貴重物品，以遺失。
