課程大綱	Discuss the digital modulation techniques and system design. 1. Introduction to digital communications 2. Fundamental Passband digital modulation techniques (PSK, QAM, FSK, MSK) with noise 3. 評量方式與標準	Homeworks (30%), midterm and final exams (35% each )
使用教材、參考書目或其他	【遵守智慧財產權觀念，請使用正版教科書，不得使用非法影印教科書】 使用外文原文書：否 Simon Haykin, Communication Systems, 3rd ed. We are going to use simple Python program to simulate the communication systems.

備註	1. If online learning is required, we will use Microsoft Teams. Moreover, I will record all classes on both Microsoft Teams and "i-school Plus" no matter we have physical classes or not. 2. If online learning is required, submit your homeworks using "i-school Plus". 3. If we are using on-line learning at exams, we will use Microsoft Teams and "i-school Plus" and you have to upload your exam paper using "i-school Plus". 4. I will put the class material (power points) and make announcement on "i-school Plus".
