課程大綱	This course introduces the evolution of e-commerce and its current status. The content will cover important topics of e-commerce development, including e-commerce business models, mobile commerce, application of artificial intelligence and big data techniques to e-commerce. Furthermore, some important theories in consumer behavior, organizational behavior, and information systems will be discussed. During the semester, the students will be able to understand the concepts and current situation of e-commerce, the impact of information technology that drives the development of e-commerce, the opportunities and challenges that modern companies face, and how to apply theories to improve customer experience in the e-commerce context, etc.
