課程大綱
本課程旨在介紹有效研發/創新管理的概念、原則、與標準,這些概念、原則與標準將成為知識密集型的組織與企業的關鍵競爭優勢。本課程將介紹一些相關企業個案和練習活動,用以連結國家、產業和企業的研發或創新活動,並選定方法和工具進行有效的整合功能、企業業務、研發和創新活動。 This course is intended to introduce the concepts, principles, and standards for effective R&D/innovation management that is becoming the critical competitive advantages for the knowledge-intensive organizations and firms. The course will introduce a number of related cases and exercises with a view to bridge the national, industrial and corporate R&D/innovation activities, along with the presentation of selected approaches, methods and tools to effectively integrate functional, business and corporate R&D and innovation activities as a whole.

評量方式與標準
1. Class participation: 10% 2. Case/ Exercise/ Reading: 30% (Select two from Case/ Exercise/ Reading for each group, at least one Case.) 3. Midterm Exam: 20% 4. Final Project: 40%
