課程大綱 This course teaches relevant and up-to-date business topics such as finance, globalization, start-ups, marketing, logistics, risk management and business ethics (e.g. fair trade). We will also read foundational literature on economics to familiarize students with basic concepts in commerce and business. Lastly, students will be taught practical business English skills in writing and speaking.

評量方式與標準 Attendance policy: Seven or more absences from Week 3 onwards will result in a grade of 0% for the course. Assessment: Mid-term* 25% Final exam* 35% Group presentation 30% Attendance and participation 10% * At the lecturer’s sole discretion, a make-up mid-term or exam may be granted upon presentation of a proof of leave approval from the university system within 10 days of the date of the mid-term or exam.
