課程大綱 Introduce the composition, characteristics and applications of electronic components. Enable students to have the ability to analyze, simulate, design and apply practical circuits. The content covers: 1. Semiconductor physics, 2. Basic active components (diodes, bipolar transistors, field effect transistors), 3. Amplifier circuits, 4. Logic (digital) circuit, 5. Integrated circuit. Continue the class of Electronics I.

課程進度 Week 1. Introduction of the course and microelectronic circuit/ Transistor Amplifiers Week 2. Transistor Amplifiers Week 3. Building Blocks of IC Amplifiers Week 4. Building Blocks of IC Amplifiers Week 5. Building Blocks of IC Amplifiers Week 6. Differential and Multistage Amplifiers Week 7. Differential and Multistage Amplifiers Week 8. Differential and Multistage Amplifiers Week 9. Midterm exam. Week 10. Frequency Response Week 11. Frequency Response Week 12. Frequency Response Week 13. Frequency Response Week 14. Feedback Week 15. Feedback Week 16. Feedback Week 17. Theme reports Week 18. Final exam. (Course will be adjusted according to the progress.)

評量方式與標準 Mid-term exams: 30% Final exams: 30% Performance (including Attendance, HW, Quiz): 25% Theme Reports: 10%

For online lectures, students are asked to log in using the school’s google mailbox. During the exam, the camera needs to be shot on the computer screen and desktop. And you need to prepare blank A4 paper by yourself.
