課程大綱
此課程包含以下主題:(1)直流馬達、伺服馬達、及永磁交流馬達的建模、控制系統設計與模擬,(2)馬達速度及位置觀測器設計與模擬,(3)數位控制及驅動器設計與模擬。 The contents of this course include: (1) Modeling, control system design, and simulation of DC motor, servo motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor. (2) Motor speed and position estimator design and simulation. (3) Digital control and driver design and simulation.
課程進度
The objectives of this course is to learn practical control schemes and controller design methods for DC and AC electric machines through simulations. Matlab/Simulink software is used as the simulation tools. In the beginning classes, DC machine controls are studied. Then, various simulation projects for the control of permanent magnetic synchronous machines (PMSM) are studied. These topics include: controller design, estimators, digital control, pulse width modulation (PWM), and direct torque control. In each lab, theoretical background is introduced first, then followed by a simulation project. 1. Introduction of Matlab/Simulink, DC Motor model, current control (lab1) 2. Position control, wavetest, time response, frequency response, and bandwidth (lab2) 3. PMSM motor model and V/H control (lab3) 4. PMSM current, velocity, and position control (lab4) 5. Digital position control (lab5) 6. Position control with velocity estimator (lab6) 7. Disturbance torque and motor inertia estimation (lab7) 8. DC-AC Inverter (SPWM) (lab8) 9. Mid-term exam. 10. Various PWM schemes, FFT calculation (lab9) 11. Voltage limitation and integral windup (lab10) 12. Position estimation with extended back-EMF (lab11) 13. Sensorless position control with extended back-EMF (lab12) 14. Close-loop stator flux and position estimation (lab13) 15. Sensorless vector control with stator flux and position estimator (lab14) 16. Direct torque control (lab15) 17. Review 18. Final exam.
評量方式與標準
Lab: 40% (Completion 30%, Lab. Report 10%) Mid-term exam: 30% Final exam: 30%
