課程大綱 The course via the theories to have an introduction on the concepts of user experience designs (UX Design), and then import the UX Design method to practice and operation. The purposes are training students' ability of user research, sketch, framework structure, UI visualization, prototype design, and user test and refine et al. Moreover, students can base on these ability to utilize on solving the practical design problems of UX.

課程進度 Week: 1 Course Introduction. 2 What is User Experience Design (UX Design) 3 Presentation: HW01-About the UXDesign speeches Project I: issue 1.User survey (Observation, interview, or other method) 4 Presentation: HW02-Persona & Empathy map 1.User survey (Observation, interview, or other method) 5 Presentation: HW03-Users Journey Map Discussion 6 2. Sketch development (developing diversity solutions to reach the goal) 7 Presentation: HW04_Visualization 3. Framework structure (Using line to show the concept of function and process) 8 Presentation: HW_05_FlowChart How to writing a research paper 9 Mid-term presentation Research paper manuscript report 10 Off-campus visit: Exhibition 11 4. Interface visualization Visual design (images, text, buttons, interactive elements, etc.) 12 Presentation: HW06-Interface Sketch Discussion 13 5. Prototype design (design a prototype to show the interaction between user and product) 14 Presentation: HW07-Prototype Design Discussion 15 6. User test and evaluation (Invite users to participate in prototype testing; and obtain the data through UX Questionnaire) 16 Data Analysis: SPSS application 17 Final-term presentation: Design Project 18 Discussion

評量方式與標準 (1) Mid-term: 50% (Week 1-9 performance in class 20% + presentation 30%); (2) Final: 50% (Week 10-18 performance in class 20% + presentation 30%)
