課程大綱	此課程旨在以人因觀點，探討智慧生活之產品與服務。授課主要以個案探討方式，使學生了解人因相關概念與方法，特別是使用者經驗與人本設計，以及如何將這些概念與方法導入組織中，並應用於相關產品與服務之開發與設計。
