課程大綱
本課程旨在介紹專案工程規劃與控制之方法與架構,主要介紹各種專案規劃與控制之方法及專案管理方法,內容包工程專案管理方法,專案工期規劃與控制,專案成本控制方法,專案資源管理,專案風險整合管理,專案品質管理,及專案人力及目標管理等介紹。 Construction project planning and control is necessary and important for effective schedule management of construction projects. The course introduces the major concepts and methods for construction project planning and control. The course includes plan and analysis of ADM and PDM networks, analysis of critical paths, plan for catch-up, introduction of S-Curve and earned value analysis methods. The course will teach students the major concept and methods of construction project planning and control. Furthermore, the course will enhance student’s abilities and techniques integrated with cases studies and construction projects visits.
