課程大綱
優異的品質管理,是一個尋求保持競爭力與成功的營建組織所需具備之條件。本課程主要探討如何訂定營建專案目標與應用品質管理技能,以達成所要完成的品質績效。課程內容主要探討土木工程施工品質的內容,並藉由諸如統計品管,QC七大手法,ISO9000等品管技能與精義,探討改進工程品質,以及提升決策管理的相關能力。 Excellence in quality management is a requisite for construction organizations who seek to remain competitive and successful. This course will discuss how project objectives are achieved, as well as applications in corporate performance enhancement. Both the strategic and operational dimensions of quality assurance are addressed by focusing on providing models of best practice. Subjects covered by the course include the construction quality of civil engineering in detail. From the learning of statistical quality, QC seven tools and ISO 9000, students can understand how to improve quality and strategy abilities of civil engineering management.
課程進度
Course objectives: This course contains quality control in terms of environment pollution and building seismic retrofit implementation. Environmental pollution or problems normally contain multi-factors and cannot be solved by mere single specialty. Public participation is an important aspect which serves the environmental Protection. One will obtain knowledge on the following after completing the course: Public awareness of environmental is at infant stage. Quality Management for environmental engineering Development and improvement in std. of living has led to serious environmental disasters Building seismic retrofit implementation handles the management of up to thousands of building seismic retrofit, encountering government officials, educators, engineering, researchers, and peer reviewers among them. One will learn the management that covers related management among organizations and professions. Course topics: Introduction to science and the environment Calculations of ecosystem services Introduction to renewable and non-renewable resources Water cycle and quality management from human use Cost and benefit analysis of environmental remediation Technical background of building seismic retrofit Management applied in building seismic retrofit
