課程大綱
本課程主要介紹自動化光學精密檢測相關技術,內容包括如下:前言,精密量測概論,機器視覺原理,二維光學檢測技術及實習,三維光學檢測技術及實習,影像處理與人工智慧技術運用,智慧型量測系統及應用,系統整合之相關技術,產業相關技術應用。 [▲]修課學生務必具備程式語言基礎(C++ is required during the hand on class) This course aims to introduce the concept, methodology, and algorithms of Automatic Optical Inspection and machine vision as well as the hardware and software used by automatic optical inspection. The object is to provide a fundamental understanding upon automatic optical inspection so that the students can quickly apply what they have learned to solve quality inspection problems. The course is particularly suitable for students who are interested in the subject of automatic optical inspection.
