課程大綱	本課程主要的課程目標是希望能夠加強學生在作業管理方面的知識。課程內容主要涵蓋了策略議題與實務應用兩部分，包括預測、產品與服務的設計、產能規劃、品質管理、供應鏈管理、存貨管理與排程等議題。作業管理相關領域的觀念、工具及應用，對從事與製造業相關工作的人來說，乃必備知識。因此，對主修機械的同學來說，瞭解作業管理相關領域的觀念、工具及應用，是相當重要的。由於本課程與機械系一般技術課程，在觀念上有很大的不同，所以建議同學在課餘時間可以多看看報紙、雜誌及電視上，有關製造業經營管理與產業發展的報導。 The main goal of this course is to strengthen students' knowledge of homework management. The course content mainly covers two parts: strategic issues and practical applications, including forecasting, product and service design, capacity planning, quality management, supply chain management, inventory management and scheduling. The concepts, tools, and applications in the field of job management are essential knowledge for those engaged in manufacturing-related jobs. Therefore, it is very important for students majoring in mechanics to understand the concepts, tools and applications in the related fields of homework management. Since this course is very different in concept from the general technical courses in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, it is recommended that students should read more newspapers, magazines and TV reports on manufacturing management and industrial development in their spare time.

評量方式與標準	平時作業成績：50% 出席：40% 期末報告：10% 課堂參與額外加分 翹課一次扣總成績10分、請假第二次開始扣總成績1分、遲到早退一次扣總成績1分、學期缺課次數過多將增加總扣分數、作弊一律以不及格論
