課程大綱	本課程著重施工圖繪製教學、構築實務知識建立及運用建築資訊模型（Building Information Modeling，BIM）對施工圖變革之介紹。課程將指導學生以電腦輔助軟體繪製一套小住宅圖說，以熟悉施工圖通則與繪圖技巧；講解現行常見施工案例及安排業界工程實務演講，讓學生瞭解建築工程中各種施工內容、注意事項及如何在圖說上繪製清楚；最後，透過建築師公會講座教學，使學生得以感受當前 BIM 運用下施工圖的變革，除冀望增進學生掌握建築業界施工圖繪製之基礎能力外，亦能藉由不同新工具深化相關能力。 The course aims to teach the regulations of construction drawing, establish the knowledge base of construction tectonics (including the general ways and state of the art), and introduce new ways to integrate constructive information via Building Information Modeling (BIM). The course was planned into three phases to respond to such motifs: Firstly, the students will be guided to complete a set of small residential construction drawings with computer-aided software to be familiar with the CNS regulations and enforce the skills of architectural drawings. Secondly, explain the existing general fabrication methods by selected case studies and invite alums who have enriched practices in the industry to share their experiences. The students can deeply understand the reasons for the construction methods and apply them to their designs and drawings. Finally, through arranging the BIM lectures designed by NAAROC, students can grasp first-hand applications of construction drawings under BIM to prompt students to build up envisions and adopt new tools and related capabilities for following up on the progress of architectural techniques.

評量方式與標準	1.　成績考核方式：練習作業 50%，課堂學習情況 25 %，出席狀況 25%， 2.　每堂課會確實點名，四週（含）以上未到課與點名遲到八次（含）以上，學期總成績最高 55 分。
