現代人工作壓力大,許多上班族都有壓力、失眠、焦慮等問題。醫學也發現,身體許多疾病甚至癌症也都和情緒、壓力有關。 目前,已經證實正念減壓:可以降低壓力與焦慮,疲勞,降低員工的職業倦怠程度和離職率。提升睡眠品質,增強疫系統,提升專注力,提高領導效能,提升大腦功能與創造力,促進幸福感。滿意度,情緒管理能力、創造力、與人際溝通能力,提高工作績效。改善了個人健康、工作與家庭生活!因此,目前歐美和國內的各大企業紛紛引入正念課程,以提高員工和企業績效。 There are so many people with the high stress in the workplace. It’s demonstrated that practicing mindfulness can bring improvements in both physical and psychological symptoms as well as positive changes in health, attitudes, and behaviors. The advantages of integrating mindfulness in the workplace including:higher brain functioning;reduced work-related stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and psychological distress .Improves job performance, greater job satisfaction, and decreasing turnover and burnout.
