課程大綱	無塵室之構成、恆溫恆溼控制、粉塵控制、過濾系統、環境測定、操作管理、針對電子工業之應用。 Clean room system, temperature and humidity control, particle control, filtering system, testing and measurement, operation and maintenance. This course focuses on the application in the electronic industry.
