課程大綱	以講授刑法基本概念的犯罪論、罪數論及刑罰論為主軸；並輔以相關案例的檢討、分析，以使同學對於抽象的概念及學理，得以理解及適用。目的除在強化同學對維護個人、社會、國家等法益的體認外，亦在奠定學習刑法各論的基礎。 The course focuses on the introduction to the fundamental ideas of the criminal law such as the criminal theory, crime arithmetic and punishment theory. Many relevant cases are presented in the class for further discussion and analysis. The ultimate objective of the course is not only to enhance the students a deeper understanding of the rights granted to individuals, society and nations, but also to equip them with a wider knowledge base ready for a further studying on each specific section of the Criminal Law.
