課程大綱	由於產業環境變化及科技創新速度高速發展，對於企業之營運模式帶來影響，迫使企業需要在組織與技術上的發展不斷的動態調整。本課程旨在針對因應產業/工業4.0、數位轉型、AI驅動、商業模式創新發展下，企業如何對經營模式與產業/工業4.0、AI產業生態系/鏈變革進行探討。除了理論解析外，本課程並輔以企業實務個案研討。 Due to changes in the industrial environment and the rapid development of technological innovation, these have had an impact on the operating model of enterprises, forcing enterprises to continuously make dynamic adjustments in organizational and technological development. This course aims to discuss how companies can transform their business models, industry/Industry 4.0, and AI industry ecosystems/chains in response to Industry/Industry 4.0, digital transformation, AI-driven, and business model innovation and development. In addition to theoretical analysis, this course is supplemented by corporate practical case studies.
