課程大綱	This course is designed to provide students with both the theoretical foundations and practical insights of digital transformation. It explores how emerging technologies reshape business models through innovative forms such as the sharing economy, FinTech, and user-generated content. By combining literature reviews, case studies, group discussions, and presentations, students will develop the ability to critically analyze digital transformation strategies and propose innovative business models. The course assessment includes a midterm team report and a final individual project, ensuring both collaborative and independent learning outcomes.
