課程大綱	此課程係提供對不織布學之研究與理論有興趣的研究生。課程包括所有不織布製造方法與其在工業領域上之應用，包括有短纖維網、長絲網、濕式纖維網之製造方法；纖維網之物理強化方法，纖維網之化學強化方法；不織布、薄膜、梭織物與針織物之疊層方法；微細與超微細粒子在不織布上之應用；不織布之印染與整理加工；不織布在電子、航太、醫學材料及人工皮革上之應用。 This program is designed for graduate students who are interested in research and theoretical aspects of Non-woven materials. The course covers all aspects of Non-woven manufacturing methods, as well as their applications in industry. They include manufacturing methods of; fibrous web filament web wet method; physically bonded, chemically bonded or methods; lamination among the film, woven, knitted and Non-woven fabrics; use of fine and superfine particle in Non-woven industry; Printing and Finishing for Non-woven; use of Non-woven in electronics aerospace, medical materials and artificial leather..…etc.
課程進度	第1-3週 紡織產業之介紹及不織布產業在紡織產業中之地位及重要性 第4-6週 不織布之分類、製造原料及方法(濕式法、乾式法) 第7-9週 化學法、氣流法、金軋法 第10週 期中評量 第11-13週 Spun-Bond、Melt-blown，複合法 第14-16週 紡絲原理、物理性質、化學性質 第17-18週 期末評量(採專題報告模式)
評量方式與標準	期末上台報告及詳細書面報告各佔50%
