課程大綱	1. Students will learn and master the basic skills of soccer and basketball, including passing, trapping, dribbling, shooting, and defending. 2. Students will understand and apply the basic rules and tactical concepts of soccer and basketball. 3. Students will improve their physical fitness, focusing on speed, agility, endurance, and coordination. 4. Students will cultivate sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play. 1. 學生將學習並熟練足球與籃球的基本技術（傳球、停球、運球、投籃、防守等）。 2. 學生將理解並應用足球、籃球的基本規則與戰術概念。 3. 學生將提升體能，特別是速度、敏捷、耐力及協調性。 4. 學生將培養運動精神、團隊合作與公平競爭的態度。
