課程大綱	This course is to introduce the vehicle drive-train design and analysis. Topics in this course include the definition for drive-train system、clutches、manual transmission、automatic transmission、continuous variable transmission, and power coupling devices. Fundamentals of vehicle tractive resistance will deduce the methodology of drive-train design as a good drive-train design will result in the optimal vehicle tractive performance. 本課程將以車輛之傳動系統設計與分析為主要內容，傳動系統之定義為從動力源至驅動輪間之各項組合，其中包括離合器、手排變速箱、自排變速箱、無段變速箱和動力耦合裝置等組合，由於每種車輛行車特性之不同，因此前述之各項組合有不同之排列方式，傳動系統設計之優劣往往影響到車輛之行車性能。 本課程將從車輛行駛阻力推演出傳統系統設計之理念及方法，並針對如何發揮動力源之最佳特性，搭配良好之傳動系統設計以達到較佳之行車性能為主要教學之目的。
