課程大綱 The Spacecraft Dynamics and Control course introduces the kinematics, dynamics, and control theory of spacecraft. Students will explore key topics such as spacecraft orbit and kinematics, dynamics, control systems, spacecraft maneuvers, attitude and orbit control, autonomous navigation, and spacecraft rendezvous and docking. The course includes practical hands-on experience with the F Prime (F´) framework for modeling, simulation, and control system implementation. Students will learn to design control systems and solve real-world challenges in spacecraft operations. 太空載具動力學與控制課程旨在探討太空載具的運動學、動力學與控制理論，內容涵蓋太空載具的軌道與運動學、動力學、控制系統設計、太空載具機動、姿態與軌道控制、自主導航，以及太空載具對接技術。本課程特別著重於實務操作，學生將使用 F Prime (F´) 框架進行動態建模、模擬與控制系統的實作，學習如何解決實際太空任務中的控制挑戰，並設計控制系統以實現多樣化的太空載具任務。

課程進度 Week 1-2: Introduction to Spacecraft Dynamics and Control - Overview of space vehicles, mission requirements, and fundamentals of Newtonian mechanics and rigid body motion; introduction to basic control systems in aerospace. Week 3-4: Orbital Mechanics and Dynamics - Introduction to the two-body problem, Kepler's laws, orbital perturbations, and station-keeping techniques, with numerical orbit simulation. Week 5-6: Spacecraft Attitude Dynamics - Explore rotational kinematics, torque-free and torque-induced motion, stability analysis, and principal axes of rotation. Week 7-8: Control System Design - Learn classical control theory (PID and state-space representation) and advanced techniques like LQR, robust control, and model predictive control. Week 9: Midterm Exam Week 10: Introduction to F Prime (F´) Framework - Understand the F´ architecture, set up the development environment, and build basic components with telemetry and simulated sensor data. Week 11-12: Attitude Control Implementation in F´ - Integrate dynamics models into F´, implement PID and LQR controllers, and debug control algorithms for spacecraft attitude control. Week 13-14: Advanced Applications of F´ - Address real-time implementation challenges, integrate sensors and actuators, and explore case studies in CubeSat control and trajectory corrections. Week 15-16: Robust Control and Fault Tolerance - Design robust control systems for station-keeping and LEO maneuvering, and implement software fault tolerance and redundancy techniques. Week 17-18: Final Project and Presentation

評量方式與標準 Homework Assignments: 30% Weekly exercises covering theoretical concepts and F´ implementation tasks. Midterm Exam: 30% Analytical and simulation-based problems related to dynamics and control. Capstone System Simulation (Final Weeks): 40% Integration of dynamics, control, and navigation in F´ System performance and report evaluation
