課程大綱實務專題課程為建築專題設計（畢業設計）的輔助課程，分二學期：第一學期為前置課程，主要訓練學生具備獨立思考和建立自主觀點的能力，依教師專長指導學生探討和發展設計議題、收集相關資料和進行案例分析、自訂設計方法與流程、並提出畢業設計的研究方向；第二學期旨在加強學生在建築實務工作各領域的能力，結合設計課程的操作，對特定之實務課題（例如：空間計畫、結構分析、細部設計與大樣圖模、施工圖、機電配置、材料實驗、構築實作、綠建築檢討、CFD模擬、施工管理、法規檢討、BIM模型、競圖報告書、設計方法論、參數演算、動畫製作、專業rendering等項目）進行深入探討並提出專題報告。 The course works together with Special Topics on Architectural Design (Thesis Design) in two semesters. The first semester is preparatory course which trains students to think independently and establish independent perspective. Teachers of different fields guide students to explore design issues, collect data, have case study, develop design methodology, and propose future direction for thesis design . The second semester aims to enhance students' abilities in practice, such as planning, structural analysis, detail drawing, shop drawing, electrical and mechanical system, materials experiments, tectonic construction, green building evaluation, CFD simulation, construction management, regulatory review, BIM modeling, competition reports, design methodology, parametric algorithms, animation, rendering and so on.

課程進度第01-04週 : 專題題目討論第05-07週 : 文獻閱讀第08-09週 : 期中報告第10-16週 : 專題資料收集與彙整第17-18週 : 期末報告

評量方式與標準期中報告 : 30%。期末報告 : 30%。平時成績 (含出席與上課表現) : 40%。
