課程大綱	This course aims to introduce the concept of corporate ethics and its differences from general ethics, as well as to explore ethical issues and cases related to Taiwan and the international community in depth. Through discussions and interactive exchanges, students will develop moral judgment skills and an international perspective to address the challenges faced by corporate ethics. 1. Introduction Understand the basic concepts of ethics, morality, corporate ethics, and general ethics. Explore the importance of corporate ethics in modern society. 2. Ethics Education and Moral Development Investigate the implementation of corporate ethics education and the process of moral development. Discuss related issues such as campus ethics education, ethical awareness, decision-making, and judgment. 3. Ethical Judgment and Teaching Practices Explore teaching methods and practices for ethical judgment. Analyze related issues such as administrative ethics, non-governmental ethics, and workplace ethics. 4. Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Protection Understand the concept and practice of corporate social responsibility. Explore the ethical issues of environmental protection and the importance of corporate citizenship responsibilities. 5. Ethical Challenges for Multinational Corporations Analyze the ethical issues and challenges faced by multinational corporations. Discuss related topics such as sustainable development and socially responsible investing. The course structure corresponds to the chapters outlined in the syllabus, with relevant ethical cases and discussion questions arranged in each chapter to promote student learning and critical thinking. Additionally, the course concludes with multiple-choice questions and discussion topics for students to conduct self-assessments and engage in Q&A sessions to reinforce their knowledge.
