課程大綱	本課程具焦國際智慧財產重要及新興議題，以具體個案討論為中心，讓同學習得比較法及跨國智慧財產法律知識。 This course focuses on important and emerging issues in international intellectual property. Through case-based discussions, students will acquire knowledge of comparative law and transnational intellectual property law.
