課程大綱注重環境永續、社會責任與公司治理的ESG原則，已成全球風潮，更是決定企業未來是否能順利接到訂單之關鍵，也是維繫企業在產業鏈永續發展之命脈。換言之，落實ESG原則，將帶動企業高成長、創造更多的社會福祉。本課程介紹環境永續、社會責任與公司治理面向的理論與實務及其實踐的能力，結合國內企業推動ESG之相關做法與成功發展經驗，進而發掘、陳述、分析ESG如何促使企業創造出新的商業經營模式？推動 ESG 創造企業新價值與股東財富以及公司利潤間如何求取平衡？並進而提供解決問題之能力。本課程也會讓學生藉由規劃與實施一項公益活動，以實踐企業倫理與社會責任，並藉以思考在推展企業倫理、企業社會責任與公司治理等理念時，如何能落實於企業的體制之中，以建立一個永續發展的企業價值體系。 ESG principles focusing on environmental sustainability, social responsibility and corporate governance have become a global trend. It is also the key to determining whether a corporation can successfully receive orders in the future, and it is also the lifeblood of maintaining the sustainable development of the company in the industry supply-chain. In other words, the implementation of ESG principles will drive high growth of corporation and create more social well-being. This course introduces the theory and practice of environmental sustainability. This course is also designed to enable students to implement corporate ethics and social responsibility by planning and implementing a public welfare activity. The students should think about how to implement corporate ethics, corporate social responsibility, and corporate governance concepts. In order to establish a sustainable enterprise value system.
