課程大綱	This course will give a student with a basic background and understanding of general health and safety practices and the control measures required to reduce risks in the workplace.
課程進度	1st week : Introduction to laboratory safety and health (實驗室安全衛生概論) 2nd week: Hazard Communication and MSDS (危害通識與MSDS) 3rd week : Fire and Explosion (火災爆炸) 4th week : Chemical Hazards (化學性危害) 5th week : Biological Hazards (生物性危害) 6th week : Chemical Reaction Hazards (化學反應危害) 7th week : Electrical Safety (電氣安全) 8th week : Respiratory Protection (呼吸防護) 9th week : Noise Hazard (噪音危害) 10th week: Personal Protective Equipment (個人防護具) 11th week: Confined Space Safety 12th week: Study Safety Cases in Industrial Processes 13th week: Review 14th week: Group Presentation 15th week: Group Presentation 16th week: Group Presentation 17th week: Group Presentation 18th week: Final exam
