課程大綱	本課程主要提供給欲深入了解美國法律制度、美國智慧財產權法律體系之本所學生、校外實務界人士或欲對赴美留學有興趣人士來選修。而本課程之內容，共分成兩個部分，前半部將以美國法律(包括法院、普通法、各部門法律等)之介紹為主，至於後半部則詳細介紹美國智慧財產權各部門法律(包含著作權法、專利法、營業秘密法、資料保護、商標法等)，甚至還介紹現今最熱門的人工智慧法律議題。 This course is mainly provided for this institute’s students, legal practitioners, or someone who are interested in studying in the U.S. for further understanding the U.S. legal systems, including courts, common laws, all fields of laws intellectual property law systems, including copyright laws, patent laws, trade secrets laws, data protections, trademark laws, etc. The hottest issues about laws of artificial intelligence are introduced in this course.

備註	本課程授課教師是由本所陳匡正教授兼所長親自授課，另邀請美國新罕布夏大學富蘭克林皮爾斯法學院院長Megan Carpenter教授、富蘭克林皮爾斯智財中心主任Micky Minhas教授，抑或其他美國教授、律師，進行線上授課。 This course is personally taught by Prof./Director Kuang-Cheng Chen. Prof./Director Chen will invite Dean/Prof. Megan Carpenter and Director of Franklin Pierce Intellectual Property Center/Prof. Micky Minhas of the University of New Hampshire, Franklin Pierce School of Law, or other U.S. professors and lawyers to teach online.
