課程大綱	This course facilitates students' comprehension of fundamental concepts in electronic materials, semiconductor physics and devices, and the modern theory of solids. Additionally, it encompasses the introduction to basic electronic devices and semiconductor processing technology employed in the contemporary semiconductor industry. (Course taught in English)
