The fist week, there will be an online class, and the link (google meet) will be shared in the line club.
●評量方式:1. Regular Grade70% Complete 2 hours exercise per week for 15 weeks (60 points) 60/15=4 points/each time, check once every 2 weeks. You can use classroom exercise or home workouts (group report mode, ie: APP record, paper record, video record)
2. Paper report (30%) >Self-rating(15%) + report (15%)
