課程大綱	 To develop an understanding of how the operations, have strategic importance and can provide a competitive advantage in the workplace.  To understand the relationship between operations and other business functions.  To understand techniques of location and facility planning; line balancing; job designing; and capacity planning in operations management.  To understand the Materials Management function starting from Demand Management through Inventory Management.
