課程大綱本課程將以團隊合作模式進行三項活動競賽(寰騰動、寰騰撼、寰騰賽)。課程設計為兩天的內容:包括1.隊呼競賽2.闖關活動3.哈佛個案競賽以呼應EMBA應具備的四到(學到、交到、玩到、做到)。 This course is to develop the ability to lead business transformation and team building in the dynamic economic environment. There are three parts in this course: 1. Cheerleading contest 2. Team building activities 3. Harvard Business School case contest. The goals of this course are four must does in EMBA( to Learn, Make friends, practice, and achieve).

課程進度 1.Each team needs to decide on their team name and logo, which will reflect the unique characteristics they wish to convey. 2. Each team should first read the case, discuss its contents, and participate in the team competition held at Huan Teng Hui on April 12 and 13.

評量方式與標準寰騰動20% 寰騰撼20% 寰騰賽60% Huan Teng Dong 20% Huan Teng Han 20% Huan Teng Sai 60%

1. When the pandemic alert level is Level 1 or below, in-person classes will be the principle mode of instruction.
2. When the pandemic alert level is Level 2, courses will generally adopt remote teaching or staggered class formats. Instructors are requested to plan the method of instruction in advance.
3. When the pandemic alert level is Level 3 or above, all courses will be conducted via remote teaching, and students are expected to refrain from attending school in person.
