課程大綱	本課程開授之目標，在讓修習之學生能將鐵道車輛之工程技術與跨領域設計相互融合，在工程分析面能配合跨領域人文設計之需求，並在人文設計面瞭解工程之規範與要求。本課程內容包括鐵道車輛之系統基本架構、鐵道車輛結構及動態之基本工程分析技術、鐵道車輛車廂之功能性設計、及鐵道人文文化；本課程並配合軌道單位之校外參訪，讓課堂所學能與實務技術融合。本課程是以跨院合授的方式，由鐵道車輛技術研發中心、車輛系、文化事業發展系之師資共同參與授課。 This course aims to provide students the knowledge of engineering technology and interdisciplinary design for railway vehicles. Design of railway vehicles should consider both the engineering and interdisciplinary cultural design at the same time. A designer should consider not only engineering regulations and requirements, but also concepts of cultural design. This course covers basic introduction of railway vehicle system, basic analysis of vehicle structures and dynamics, vehicle interior and exterior functional design, and railway culture. The industrial tour in this course helps students to realize the theoretical and practical parts of railway vehicles. This course is a joint lecture instructed by professional faculties from Railway Vehicle Research Center, Department of Vehicle Engineering, and Department of Cultural Vocation Development. The Week 17-18 will be hold in re-mote, on-line manner. The class link is follows. 評量方式與標準	1. Midterm Exam (期中考)：25 % 2. Final Exam (期末考)：25 % 3. Term Report (學期報告)：35% 4. Homework(作業)(一律上傳網頁)：10 % 5. In-class discussion, participation & attendance (上課答問&出席率): 5 % 6. Homework is due a week away from the day assigned. 1pointwould be deducted from your homework for each single day delayed. (作業上課前收。作業遲交一天扣1分。) 7. Copy and cheating are not allowed. If found copy and cheating, 0 point for the event. (嚴禁抄襲，抄襲者0分。) 8. Please set your phone in silent or vibration mode while in class, otherwise treat as absence. (上課中，手機請關機或以振動方式收訊。違者警告並記矌課一次。) 9. You could have makeup quiz, exam, or homework if you have the corresponding approved absent leave. (沒考試、沒交作業，一律0分計算。有核准之假單，才可補考、補交作業，並非該次不計。)
