課程大綱	以演講，討論，口頭及書面報告方式，探討土木與防災之相關課題，如結構檢測評估與補強，水土防災技術，防災體系與資訊，都市防災，消防防災，施工災變，環境防災規劃與管理等。 By means of addresses discussion, oral presentations and reports to learn and investigate the related civil and disaster prevention subjects, such as structure testing, evaluation and repairing, soil and water disaster prevention, urban precaution, fire fighting, construction safety, environmental planning, and management for disaster prevention.
