| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程將由個人資料保護原則開始對個人資料保護作全面性的介紹，並說明《個人資料保護法》與《個人資料保護法施行細則》如何與個資保護原則互相呼應，期使學生瞭解目前個人資料保護的管理議題與實務考量，並且說明可參考的標準與指引，以強化學生對於個人資料保護的基礎概念。 藉由《個人資料保護法》及《個人資料保護法施行細則》的介紹帶入ISO/IEC 29100的個資保護框架、隱私衝擊評鑑(PIA)，接下介紹ISO/IEC 27701個資保護實作指引等相關國際標準，本課程以實際的案例以及國際標準讓學生這對於個人資料保護有更進一步的概念與瞭解。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | This course will begin with a comprehensive introduction to personal data protection principles and explain in detail the "Personal Data Protection Act" and the "Enforcement Rules of the Personal Data Protection Act". Student will learn managerial and practical considerations of personal data protection. Relevant standards and guidelines, such as ISO/IEC 29100, ISO/IEC 27701, will be discussed to strengthen students' understanding of fundamental concepts of personal information management systems (PIMS). In addition, the process of a privacy impact assessment (PIA) and its related standard ISO/IEC 29134 will also be introduced in this course. All in all, this course aims to give students a solid understanding of personal data protection through cases studies and international standards. | |||
