「地方創生」概念源自日本,目前已提升至日本國家戰略的政策層級。在臺灣,?政院宣布2019年為「地方創生元?」,可?地方社區的經營再造亦已成為台灣未來重點發展趨勢。 本課程承接上學期【日本社會與文化】,著重介紹其中的文化產業發展如何進一步應用在地方創生。透過台日之間在地方創生的理論與實踐上的比較,讓學生能有效掌握社會脈動,貢獻所學。

English Description
The concept of “Place Making" originated from Japan and has been promoted to the policy level of Japan's national strategy. In Taiwan, the Executive Yuan announced that 2019 will be the "first year of placemaking," and the innovation of local communities has become a key development trend in the future. This course continues from the previous semester [Japanese society and culture], focusing on how the development of the cultural industry can be further applied to local innovation. By comparing the theory and practice of local creation between Taiwan and Japan, students can effectively grasp the social pulse and contribute what they have learned.
