| 英文概述 English Description | This course focuses on the procedural aspect of the patent prosecution in Taiwan. The topics cover inventorship, ownership (including a right to file a patent application), priority, formality, inventor interview, office action response drafting, petition brief drafting, and patent filing strategy. In addition, the practical aspect of international patent prosecution is presented for comparison. The class materials include a patent prosecution textbook, patent examination guidelines from different counties, and court decisions. | |||
