| 英文概述 English Description | This course is designed to provide important topics in computational biology and medical informatics. Students are able to learn about problems involved in the generation and analysis of biological and medical data. The course intends to provide good understanding of the commonly used algorithms and public tools in the analysis of genomic and medical data, to read updated scientific reports, and to increase hands-on experiences with accessing and using relevant databases. | |||
