本課程介紹電子顯微鏡之結構,成像及繞射原理,以及在材料科學方面之應用,課程內容包括穿透式電子顯微鏡之構造,電磁透鏡與成像原理,電子繞射原理,繞射圖型分析,試片之製作方法。掃描式電子顯微鏡之構造及成像原理。EDS及WDS之X光光譜測量。

English Description
The course introduces the structure of a electron microscope, the theories of image forming and diffraction, the applications of materials science. The course contents include structure of the transmission electron microscope, the electromagnetic lens and theory of image formation, theory of electronic diffraction, analysis of diffraction pattern, and the preparation of test sample. The structure and principle of forming image for a scanning electron microscope, the X-ray spectrography of EDS and WDS are also included in this course.
