| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 為追求「永續發展與人本健康」之目的，使既有與新建的居住環境，配合我國「室內空氣品質管理法」規範下運作，提昇民眾居住環境健康品質效益，針對病態建築之環境問題，其涵蓋醫療、法律、建築、化學、生物等領域，綜合診斷以進行改善。本課程為第一階段之系列課程，其內容包括： 一.健康環境概念：說明何謂「病態建築」，探討室內空氣與健康之關係。 二.建築物污染源：探討來自各建築材料的化學物質逸散及其對人體健康之影響，並提出室內污染物質濃度減低對策。 三.生物性污染源：探討黴菌、蹣、白蟻及寵物等帶來的室內空氣污染。 四.診斷技術：說明室內空氣品質診斷方法及病態建築改善之專業技術，配合案例介紹探討新、舊建築物室內環境品質的設計預防、診斷改善技術。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | The main goal of this class is to pursue sustainable development and human health. In order to enhance the quality of residential and living environment in both existing and new-build dwellings, the course will cover important principles and topics in sick building environment, including medical, regulation, and architecture, chemical and biological. Specific contents include: (1)Conception of healthy environment: To explain the "sick building" and explore the association between indoor air and health.(2)Pollution source from buildings: To investigate the chemicals emission from building materials and their effect on human health, and get the countermeasures on reduce the indoor pollutants.(3)Pollution source from Biological: To investigate the indoor air pollution that cause by the mold, mites, termites, and pets.(4)Diagnostic techniques: To improved indoor air quality and sick building by diagnostic methods, with the case studies to prevent indoor environmental quality on new and old | |||
