Chinese Description 		一、 本課程目的在使同學認識與了解台灣傳統建築歷史、文化、技術之精髓所在，進而增進建築設計運用傳統建築思想與素材之能力。二、 講述內容包括台灣史前、原住民、荷西、明鄭、清代與近現代等建築之形成與型態變遷過程。三、 講述方式以幻燈片介紹為主，學期中並安排兩次實地參訪。

English Description 		1. This course is based on the belief that： to recognized and understanding of the historical 、culture and technique in the Taiwan Traditional Architecture. 2. The scope of the course are include the styles and changes in prehistorically period, aboriginal, Dutch colonialist, Ch'ing Dynasty and contemporary Taiwan Traditional Architecture. 3. The methods of the course are slides shows and to visit the historical sites
