| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 製造執行系統(MES)在產品從工單發出到成品產出的過程中，扮演生產活動最佳化的資訊傳遞者。MES運用即時、準確的資訊，指導、執行、回應並記錄工廠活動，從而能夠對條件的變化做出迅速的回應、減少無附加價值的活動、提高工廠運作過程的效率。MES不但可以改善設備投資報酬率，而且有助於及時交貨、加快庫存周轉、提高收益和現金流的績效，MES在企業和供應鏈間，以雙向交互的形式提供生產活動的基礎資訊。本課程將介紹MES概念及基本功能，並透過模擬與實作來讓學生了解MES之特性。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is the major information exchange portal of product records from order releasing to shipping. With real time data, MES allocates, implements, and responses to fulfill the production plans rapidly and at the same time improves the resource utilization by limiting non-value added activities. The benefit of using MES includes better performance in equipment ROI, on-time delivery, inventory turn-over rate, and hence higher revenue and cash-flow. Data collected by MES is served as the communication venue within the supply chain. This course focuses on the concept and basic functions of MES through simulation sections and practical cases. | |||
