本課程將介紹完整的無人機系統架構,並引導學生組裝無人機和開發新應用。課程內容包括無人機原理、基本操作、硬體組裝、開源機載控制軟體(ArduPilot)、通訊協定(MAVLink)、地面控制站(Mission Planner)、影像傳輸等等。熟悉架構之後,將介紹進階應用。例如結合4G/5G網路控制多台無人機、使用3D列印改造機體、AI影像辨識等等。修課學生須具備基本電子電路知識、微處理機架構概念,並具備進階程式設計能力。

English Description
This course will introduce the complete Unmanned Aircraft Systems and lead students to assemble the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Students will learn the UAV theory, basic operations, hardware assembly, open-source embedded control software (ArduPilot), communication protocol (MAVLink), ground control station (Mission Planner), video transmission, etc. Additionally, we will introduce advanced topics and new applications, such as combining 4G/5G networks to control multiple drones, using 3D printing to customize the aircraft, installing AI models to do image recognition, etc. To take this course, students must have basic knowledge of electronic circuits and microprocessor architecture. Advanced programming capabilities is also necessary.
