| 英文概述 English Description | This course aims to present the concept of corporate governance. Corporate governance involves a series of mechanisms designed to mitigate agency problems within a corporation and enhance its value. We will cover both internal and external aspects of corporate governance. Students in the class are required to present a journal article and other assigned readings. All the training is intended to help students learn how to conduct their master thesis and improve their confidence in oral presentations. | |||
