| 英文概述 English Description | This course will introduce the development of Bongka, the oldest district in Taipei City, covering its history memory, folk customs, architectural heritage, and social transformations. By examining the historical development of Bongka, we will explore the evolution of Taipei City and understand the characteristics of urban governance at different stages. The course will also include several historical and cultural field trips around Bongka Longshan Temple and the Ximen area. Through on-site investigations, we will trace the development of the Tamsui River region from Bongka to Wanhua, using this as important cultural content for Taipei's city marketing. | |||
