| 英文概述 English Description | This course examines the strategic management of intellectual property and innovation in the AI era. It introduces key AI concepts and business applications, including data management, machine learning, neural networks, generative AI, strategic implementation, and prompt engineering, and connects them with patents, copyright, trade secrets, data rights, and licensing. Through cases and applied analysis, students evaluate how AI changes R&D processes, business models, and innovation strategy; identify legal and managerial IP risks; and design approaches for protection, commercialization, and responsible use. Emphasis is placed on human judgment, ethics, sustainability, and responsible AI as foundations for value creation. | |||
